Q, How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
A: We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 working hours
Q, What are working hours?
A: Working Hours are Monday- Friday 9am-5.30pm, excluding bank holidays
Q, How do you ship my item?
A: Depending on your order, depends on how it is shipped, if 1-3 items, we will send via royal mail 1st class recorded, any other amounts will be via courier, however not all postcodes are covered by courier so we will always send both and highlands postcodes by royal mail.
Q, When will I receive my item?
A, Unfortunately we can only control dispatch, we cannot control the postal service, so although royal mail 1st class can take one day it can also take a few days longer too. Also, bank holidays also has a knock on effect and weather conditions, Couriers is generally within a 48 hours delivery, most times 24 hours
Q, What happens if I am not in when my parcel arrives,
A: Either with royal mail or courier you will be carded, and they will be a number for courier to arrange redelivery, they may also try neighbour, royal mail, will leave you a “while you were out, or something for you card” and will give you a time to collection from your local sorting office or a number to call to arrange redelivery, with ever way these are delivered, you must arrange a redelivery asap, to avoid returning to sender, we will not take responsibility for this and there will be a surcharge in order to return to you,
Q, What if I want to cancel my order or change details?
A: Unless the above is done within 12 hours after order, then will be unlikely, as we offer a fast dispatch so the setup and engraving is done pretty swiftly, and once engraved cannot cancel or change details, as once engraved its irreversible ,
Q, Can I return my order?
A: No, as it’s a made to order, personalised for you, and cannot be resold to anybody else, it is also excluded from any distance selling regulations,
Q, What if my order is incorrectly engraved?
A: If you think you order is incorrectly engraved with a spelling mistake, then you will need to contact us, with 24 hours of reciving your order, if found as buyer error, then we cannot replace, but if mistake is found to be from us, then once we have proof, photographic evidence we will instantly replace.
Q, Do we ship internationally?
A: Generally only to Rep of Ireland, quotes available on request
Q, What Languages Can be engraved?
A: English text only sorry
Q, What If My item is out of stock?
A: We will contact you within 24 hours, to offer an alternative, or refund
Q, Can you engrave logos, or photographs
A: On Request, we can quote for individual items, as costing would be different to item available for celebration and occasions.
